Reservations
TweepTable takes reservations for your restaurant through the website widget or on the Host/Hostess screen. Reservations are based on tables you setup in the Seating Manager. Only times that aren't booked up appear in the selection lists, preventing overbooking.

wait list
Your Host or Hostess enters walk-in party information as customers arrive, providing a neat format for keeping track of guest arrivals. The wait list can be used in conjunction with seating, or as a wait list only, if you don't want to manage seating.

twitter based paging
Is your establishment located where customers like to wander away while waiting for a table? Spending too much time and money on pagers? The wait list features the ability to send a Twitter Direct Message to the customer when a table is available. As you may know, a Twitter user must be following the sender of a Direct Message. The customer must follow your restaurant's Twitter account to receive messages; another way we help keep your customers YOURS.

Seating Management
With a couple of clicks, a party is seated and assigned a server. A graphic representation of your restaurant layout provides a quick assesment of the situation. Information for each table includes the party's name, number of guests, and length of stay. The Hostess can use an iPad, smart phone or just any old PC to manage guests. The screen provides warnings if table inventory is running low due to pending reservations.

order Management
Using a smart phone or iPad a server can take orders from several tables without all that walking back and forth to the kitchen. Orders are displayed in the kitchen, where cooks update the order status with one touch. When the cook updates the status to "Pickup", a green light flashes on the graphic table on the server's display alerting them that their order is ready.

website widget
With one line of code you can add the widget to your home page. Optional displays include showing if your location is open right now, or if closed, today's hours. You can also elect to show an estimated wait time which is based on the average wait time of guests seated recently. And of course you can optionally show the reservations form.
